Assalamualaikum dunia & Hey world! I apologise for the late post as I've been busy with work and preparation for Ramadhan. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Alhamdulillah, one of the special month in Islam has finally arrived. Today went well even though my stomach was feeling uncomfortable during work. This is my first time performing my Ramadhan in my new work place. I was quite worried before and many questions were popping in my mind since I'm now a Preschool teacher. Believe me, it's never easy but I do enjoy myself being in this line. As most of my colleagues are Muslims, I feel much more comfortable as we'll get to understand each other better. Tomorrow will be another chapter for my second day of Ramadhan.
Oh yes, I'm super excited to share that I've already bought my clothing/costumes for Raya! Alhamdulillah, I've managed to find the colour that I'm expecting to be wearing this year, but quite disappointed as there are more new beautiful pieces available now. This is the disadvantage when you went shopping for Raya earlier. My parents have made this as a habit to buy our Raya stuffs earlier before Ramadhan as it's easier for us to move about. As you know, Geylang Serai will be very very very packed during Ramadhan.
My goal for this year is to be able to perform my prayers often and possibly on time. When you're in the working life, it'll be a challenge for doing your daily needs. Insha'Allah Amin. Believe it or not, I don't eat Kurma (Dates). Yes I know its a healthy fruit but it has this weird taste, and that'll be my another goal this year. I've to start complying my tongue for the taste. Lastly, to have more savings and settle down with my guy once we're prepared and ready to uphold our responsibilities.
To all of my Muslim friends, Have a blessing Ramadhan and may Allah guide us to the right path. Insha'Allah in this innocent month, we'll get to perform our daily needs as a Muslim/Muslimah, Amin.
